I have bought a flat in this apartment. So far so good. Builder is flexible and understands requirements well. Absolutely till now I have not faced any issues.
Construction qaulity and finishing is what I would need to observe. Though, I don’t live in India any more I easily contact over phone and email.
I would recommend if someone would like to go for it.
