I am owning a flat in Supertech and i can tell you that you should never go for this builder, this guy can rob you of your hard earned money for saving few thousands by putting poor quality material. They never adhere to what they show in sample flat and construction quality is extremely poor. We are facing lot of seapage problem in our building and builder is not listening to our requirements. one more company you should stay apart is ” Surya Merchants Ltd.”, they have delivered two projects with Supertech namely, “Rameshwar orchid” in kaushambi and ” Avant Garde” in Vaishali. This company is a complete cheat and please do not repeat the mistake I have committed.
