not so great
Overall the project seems to be okay but builder has a very bad reputation in terms of delivery, all projects till date are delivered with 12 months delay. They beahve like fly by night operator and maintenance of the projects is pathetic.
good bargain with very good ambience
Delivery is very poor and so is customer service. It can be a very frustrating experience. Initially the price seems good but due to delays it all works out to be just the same as any other builder. No initiative and one really needs to use every trick in the book to get some basic things done. If you’re still deciding, go with some other big builder.
This is a very good apartment complex with good surroundings, good connectivity with Sarjapur road, Outer ring road and Electronic city. It has water recycling for flushing purposes to promote water reuse and is in a better position in comparison to other apartments in the area like the Springfield and the Sun city in terms of demand on external water which will keep the maintenance charges low. The specs are good: vitrified tile, UPVC French windows in all bedrooms and living rooms, separate water source for kitchen, bathrooms and flushing/gardening, club, pool, 1 kW backup power. The pricing is attractive compared to other similar category complexes. However, given the development in the area, the prices are bound to increase fast to catch up with other similar apartments.

Initial hiccups gone. The final stages look really promising..and a great property in making…another 2 to 3 months…
