i am in search of a 3 bhk aptmt in bangalore east location, preferably in jeevan bhima nagr, tippasandra,airport road etc.

i have visited keerthi aptmts of sai shakthi properties in malleshpalya. wheher anybody has any idea about these people?, whether they are reliable, abt the quality of the construction, etc etc. if anybody has already bought  a aptmt with them please help.
