The project plan looks very good. The site is also located near heart of the city(is exactly 5 km from Forum mall), though you need to bear with the industrial layout around (there are some garment factories around).
However, once inside the compound the atmosphere looks serene and calm, the view from upper floors is good with a full view of Madivala lake from block H,J,K,L. Specifications are actually royal, though it is yet to be seen as to how much of it actually materialises.
very high quality construction. Just one km from hosur road, The only pblm is accessibility, the begur road is bit congested !

only 6 floors in each block but foundation layed for 9 floors

Quality construction, very good plan, just one km off Hosur road. Access is a bit congested but still not very bad.
