Ever planning to buy from this builder, then think thrice. The project they promised to be completed in 18 months has not even got approval even after 3.5 years. Beofre asking for advance and stage payments their staff is very courteous but just experience their behaviour after that. I used to call them as different customer and every time I used to get totally different version and rates. Yes their properties are in good locations but what is use of a good location when your investment tourns sour. I had to run for over 1 year to get my money back, in the meantime the property prices junped 3 times, and I suffered double loss of buying another property in a far off place for a much higher price due to chnged real estate scenario. This aprt from loosing out on monthly renatl and a possible tax benefit on housing loan. Another loss I suffered is in the rate of interest, When I booked Land Marvel, home loean rate was just 7%, but now it is 11%. Will the builder compenstae for all these hidden cost?
