Poor Quality, No commitment on delivery, Staff will not respond properly, site engineers and marketing(HO) will not talk properly. And they even not maintain proper accounts.
The construction is very very poor and they don’t care about customers after booking of apartments. Initially they said they will put everything in apartment and then they started charging from floor to doors in the apartments. I was quoted a rate of 1400 by them but finally it came out to be 1900 per sq ft and no one is ready to buy the apartment above 1500 because of bad construction material.
