From a frustated customer, I bought a flat in Jains, Pallavaram, I second the above post, I wanted to let people know that Jains have many lawers than engineers and you are going to fall in to a deep stress if you buy in JAINS. Please stop if you had any plans. THEY HAVE A VERY WORST MANAGEMENT WHO NEVER BOTHER ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and will CHEAT you in all aspect and take money cleverly.
Although the Green Acres Project is getting delayed, it is an excellent investment as the returns are going to be in triple digits over the next three years.
Lags are bound to happen in big projects but the locational advantage is awesome and with the over head flyover close to completion, this brings proximity both to the airport & the e-city.
I bought a flat from one of their projects Green acres in pallavaram.
JAIN housing where it’s CEO Mr.Vijai and MD Mr.Mehta are the least trustworthy guys.If a firm is run by people like them, you can’t trust them.Their talks are sugar coated and never fulfill their promises.They use least quality materials and difference is vast what they promise and what they deliver.Nobody has ever taken them seriously to consumer courts.It is very easy to win a case against JAINS if you sue them.Do not buy any flat from them.
The green acres project was delayed by more than an year. Their promised compensation Rs 4/- per sqft was given only for four months and that too
for less than 50% of the flat owners.They have a clause that they charge 18% interest for delayed payments.But they don’t pay for their delay.
Customer care is the worst department in JAIN Housing where people don’t have minimum courtesy to talk to customers.The list is endless and

Jain and their so called maintainance people - Promags are mere “theifs”… Jain’s contruction is pathetic and promags maintainance is the worst one could ever expect.
