Dear All,
Please be Cautious about the Ittina Group. While collecting the Reservation Fees/Advance they promise you that the money will be refunded completely if we decide to drop out. But that is not true, Many people like me paid the moneies but are still struggling hard to get their hard earned money back.
The construction quality really sucks. I booked Ittina Anai and dropped out because of the poor construction quality. I have emailed and phoned Mr Ramesh/Rekha/Muthuraj etc for the refund but still they can’t keep up their promises.
I hope to see them personally and take proper action.

BDA has put a stay to many of the ittina constructions,whenever you buy any flat from ittina please go to ask any of the ittina apartment owner,that person will be really sad,they dont keep their promise,they
put customer into alot of troubles,in brief dont buy any new apartment from Ittina group.

I booked an apartment in Ittina Mahaveer and the promised possession date was May 2006. Till today, the apartment is not ready and there has been a delay of 2 years. I donot see the project getting completed in the next 10 months also. The builder Ittina is really of bad reputation and hence donot buy any new apartments from them.
Stay away from Ittina. These guys are cheat and very unethical.

I have booked an Apt in June 2007, possession date was promised as Nov 2007. So far there is hardly any progress. If the project completes in next 6 months, it may be considered as a successful project. They have come up with 1 BHK and studio apts, look for the layout plan excusively on the website : http://www.alineah.com/apartment/1332/detail.htm
Worst builder I have ever come across. Please don’t buy any flat from this builder. Ittina Mahavir has been delayed for more than 2 years - they have made lot of un authorized constructions. They are not open in communicating to their customers as well. They just followup on money !!!
Hi, I have also booked an apartment in ITTINA Mahaveer. I suggest that all of us should unite and form a group on yahoo. It will help to decide an action against ITTINA group.
Please please please .. don’t buy that too from ittina mahavir .. its totally blacklisted in market , u need to compromise with money ,quality and lot of think .. so think 1000 times before buying ittina .. u are putting yr money in lottery
Please do not buy Ittina Mahavir property. The Owner has promised to give the flat in the month of March 2008. Now it is shifted to June 2008. Lot of complaints. He is not ready to give this flat in the fortcoming also.
The complaints are given to CM, BDA commisioner and Prime minister. Soon will be decided. The owner is playing with customers.
Also Complaint is given to Media. Just Wait and Watch
Lets form a committee, unite together and decide action against Ittina. We own a flat in Mahaveer, which is 2 years delayed. They dont even behave properly with their customers.
Ittina Mahaveer is the worst project. I think all the Mahaveer flat owners should create a committe for money back
