Apart from communication(condition of the roads for 1 km, 0.5 km of either side) everything is perfect. you have connectivity to 4 places
wind tunnel road, airport road at logica cmg, inner ring road and outer ring road. all the connecting roads will be roughly 3-4 kms.
Currently the area is quite under developed.
Construction of a 80 fet road connecting innser ring road, air port road and outer ring road is going on.
