			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am also one of  frustated customer, who bought a flat from DABC at Nolumbur and there are lots like me.  Definitely you will fall in to a deep stress if you buy a flat from DABC. Please stop if you had any plans&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<br />
Initailly they will promise everything. But as soon as they handover the flat, they will neglect you.  Later they will say that its not under their control.</p>
<p>They will say drainage is there and also they have provided STP. But there is no way to discharge the treated sewage water. No drainage also. Hence Water contamination will happen soon as there are more than 1000+ apartments by DABC.<br />
Construction also not up to the mark. Within one year, lots of problem arised including STP, platforms, compound walls, leakages inside the houses<br />
Also reaching to main road is horrible. The roads are very narrow. There is no public way to reach main road.<br />
People started selling / vacating their apartments. DABC never cares about those as their business is done. Inspite of this, people are still booking flats blindly by trusting DABC.<br />
If you have surplus money and if you dont mind that, then you can book flat in DABC.</p>
<p>Finally this is not only with DABC. this is the third builder I am facing. No one worried about customer. All are cunning. they are working from business point of view. If you buy a small electronic item, we are arguing with the dealer for &#8220;Warrantee&#8221;.  Is there anything called &#8220;Warrantee&#8221; or &#8220;SLA&#8221; for the huge amount which we invested on flat/builders ?</p>
<p>Finally, Stop buying flats&#8230; think before you buy any flat from builder. Ask for &#8220;Warrantee&#8221; , &#8220;SLA&#8221;. Get all the commitments from builder in written in agreements. Dont rely on their verbal commitments.  other wise, you will burn your fingers&#8230;</p>

<p>I booked an apartment in Ittina Abha in April 2004. Now it is more than 4 years and did not see any glimpse of getting completed. Maha , the director of Ittina , does not have any sense of talking, customer care sucks. They do not have money to continue their project. So many property cases are pending on their head. They flashed some news on their site to lure more customers which is just a propaganda. Do not buy ant flat from Ittina , other wise you will have sleepless night like me wondering when the project will be completed. </p>
