Lake Point Tower by Divya Jyothi lies in the real estate hot spot of Bangalore. It is Just 6kms from Koramangala, 4 Kms before the Electronics city and a kilometer off the Hosur Road. Divyajyothi - Lake Point Tower is an eight floor multistory building with two levels of car parking designed to have maximum natural light and fresh air. Each apartment is independent as the common walls between the apartments are the minimum. Lake Point Tower is so designed that all electrical and sanitary lines pass only through internal ducts enhancing aesthetic values and making all bathrooms leak proof.
Do not buy any property from this builder. Also, please recommend any of your friends who is considering buying from them not to get cheated by this builder. One of my friends has bought Arattukulam property. He is very unhappy with the quality of construction. My friend took me to visit his property under construction. The structure is very bad, concrete roofs are leaking, the wood used has cracks everywhere, columns and beams are slanting, concrete is falling off from everywhere. This builder does not take any responsibility of the building quality and gives away everything to sub-contractors. Corners are cut everywhere. The agreement is made with very lose ends and the builder takes advantage of it completely. Though he was promised possession in 10 months, it is beyond 20 months since the agreement is signed and my friend is completely stuck with this builder with all money sunk.
I am an existing customer of this builder in one of the apartments he constructed and I am more than happy that I bought the apartment from this Builder. As far as My experience is concerned, I have had an even better experience than many of my friends had with builders like Mantri. This Builder is one of the rare affordable builders with good building quality. I have personally never had any issues in getting my maintenance works done if there was any requirement any time. I do not expect to get the look and quality of an apartment that would cost a crore to my apartment that will cost me 30 lacs in a prime area. I have been recommending my friends and relatives to this builder and would do the same to any genuine buyer who is interested in having a quality home.
I have bought an apartment one of Arattukulam’s project called Lake Point Tower. I am extremely happy with them. They have given the best of service and support to me. The project is ahead of its schedule after they completed the foundation. Their projects are all priced competitively and is value for money. They are very friendly and trust worthy
Biju and Vikas, u seem to be lucky ones. I am also an owner/resident of one of the projects of this builder and I am sad to say that my plight matches 100% with that of Akhil’s friend and more. Where do I start? Its been only 4 months since we shifted but already cracks have started appearing, bathroom fittings are falling apart (flushes doesnt work, taps leak) bathroom door frames are starting to rot, kitchen basin has started leaking, sliding window frames does not close properly, plug points are broken, etc etc. Besides everything(tiles, window frames, bathroom fittings, door fittings) being of the cheapest quality possible, the apathy on the builders part to resolve problems is horrible, to say the least. Also u should see the parking area. There are so many pillars u wonder whether it was designed with an intention of letting u test your driving skills everyday! Not only me, all my neighbours are also facing the same problems. So my advice would be to not to fall for their “reasonable” prices, because what you end up with is not worth even half the money you pay.
