Confident Antlia has 7 floors of exclusive and well designed apartments overlooking miles and miles of greenery and multitude of lakes dotted across the project.
An owner’s pride to “possess and live-in” and status symbol to cherish, Confident Antlia is a perfect mix of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Each apartment is generously furbished with the best of materials and fittings and also designed with maximum light and ventilation. The unique design has been developed by the Confident Design Studio. The building has been designed in a linear form and plenty of landscaped space between the blocks.
Everything is fine except one 8 passenger lift for 19 Floor *4 houses is simply unacceptable, rest of the feature on offer is good but will be able to comment only on completion of the project.
Hope this shortcoming will not create Chaos among the residents and It is hard to believe that such a professional builder has missed this.
More over there are 2 lifts in the right side of the block but on the left side there is only one lift. ( Please refer their Floor plan for more understanding)
