Midway City is a complex of 196 well-designed 2 & 3 Bedroom luxury Apartments that sprawl across 8/9 floors, with top of the line amenities and facilities and a total land area of 5.1 acres.
Concorde Midway City is situated just 400 meters away from Hosur Road on the way to Electronic City. One of the top contractors of India is our constructor for this project, and for landscaping we have deployed some very well known international architects from Singapore.
The surrounding area of the project is a priority zone for development. A 9 km elevated road project to reduce congestion from Silk Board Circle to Electronic City has already commenced in the area.















Dear buyers,
Please beware while buying this midway city apartment.The main head ache with this developer is that they dont handover the completed project in agreement mentioned due date.They even cross their so called grace period.Now they are extending the ongoing midway city project on & on.It is supposed to be handed over during september 2007 itself but still no sign of any improvemnets in construction.When asked the irresposible reason they said was “now they are being planning to contruct 3 more floors on the existing block and also planning to develop one more new block.
Is it possible to complete the above said within in a year.it will surely take more than a years time.
What Did the developer think of himself.He has taken the customers granted for his own benefits and business.
Is this the proper time to plan for further blocks during the handover time.
Please any owners affected like me come forward.
I have also made the mistake of buying a flat in Midway City. I strongly recommend one and all to not buy anything from concorde builders. They are very greedy. Before taking a decision, do have a look at ‘Midway City’ project. Their selling point for the same was “No Curtain Apartments.” Just have a look at some of the apartments in existing D block. These apartments are “No view apartments”.
Think again, do you want to buy a flat and then find out that there is additional cost for solar heater? According to them, Govt. has made solar heaters mandatory. I have not heard of prices being hiked in any other project for this reason. Seems like the Govt. is making laws exclusively for them!!!
And of course, as mentioned in previous post, how would you feel if the builder comes up with additional blocks in the layout just as the possession date approaches?
