The project is a good one, but the way Brigade group is dealing with the apartment owners is so bad. They take all the actions on their own and do not listen to the buyers. They even, are not ready to repay the Service Tax collected from the buyers even after the latest order. Brigade group has become one of the worst builders in Bangalore. Please think twice before putting money into any of their projects… I am sure you will have lots of other better options. I am now feeling guilty that I put my hard earned money now into one of their project.
