This project is coming up in Whitefield, Bangalore . About 350 apartments are being built with all modern amenities and facilities. The site is close to the Satya Sai Baba Ashram.

Though Amsri Builders have been starting new project - we the residents of the yet-to-be-finsihed project Amsri Central Court, Central Court, Secunderabad have not been happy. There are scores of problems - the project is delayed by more than 1 year. Common facilities like marked parking lots, Gym, Fire hydrants etc have not yet been provided.
We are apalled by the total lack of customer focus that all members of the Amsri Builders’s team have shown. They have not taken the time or the effort to visit and talk to the 60 odd families staying in Amsri Central Court. All complaints to finish pending work fall on deaf ears. They demonstrate a - I-don’t-care attitude.
You would not find even one satisfied customer in Amsri Central Court, Secunderabad. We hear that Amsri Builders are working on even bigger projects - what we can clearly say that Amsri Builders are not geared to take up such projects. They simply don’t work to a plan. Even today - after the project is delayed for more than a year - no body can give a definitive date by when the project would be fully complete with all amenities as promised.
Our recommendation is to have clear dates mentioned in the agreement by when all amenities would be provided. Please do have penalty clause built into the agreement.
If you are buying this property for staying, please make sure you get a firm commitment from the builders. They are notorious for not keeping their dates. In fact, once they get your money, their attitude completely changes. They won’t even bother to talk to you. Several of my friends in Secunderabad are ruing for going with these guys.
They have neither capacity nor man power to execute big projects. They engage sub-contractors for every small item. They can’t even enforce quality standards.
Stay away from this incompetent bunch if possible.
AMSRI is a Cheating Builders, they never take permisions from Government and sell the flats and commercial space to Public and in the end the victims(public) need to fight with government. if you visit their website and check the ongoing projects, none of them had permission and they are selling. Someone need to stand up to them and teach them a lesson
One of my friends has purchased a 2 bedroom flat in White Pearl and he is so far happy with the builder.I accompanied him to check out the model apartment and was quite impressed with the plan and space utilization.
Not sure about the builders reputation or reliability,but for the asking price it appears to be a good deal.
Ratings based on model apartment.rates are quite reasonable.
